The VOD service is another type of Linear TV viewing that they were walking about in the artcle. And Cartoon network counts the ratings from the GOD services, in fact CN is one of the few networks that do, counts the VOD ratings.

And as the article was talking about. CN is focusing on multimedia, VOD is a type of Linear viewing experience and they talked about in the article that there not focusing on that.

As much as I enjoy WBB, the reason for that low ratings was the fact that SpongeBob was having a new Halloween special at the same time, which ended up getting the higher ratings.Seems like OK K.O. Is doing good while others are alright, but a shamed that WBB feels low.
